• We focus on property hunting searches Online, Off-market, and Pre-market. You will have access to properties that are not yet available to the general public, therefore giving you the advantage of buying these properties beforehand.   

• We provide a shortlist of thoroughly researched properties that have been matched for suitability to your specific requirements. We inspect suitable shortlisted properties and arrange inspections for you as required.

• Once you select the property you are interested in, we provide extensive due diligence, including a comprehensive property report with comparable sales data, the discovery of any nearby council development applications, and the potential impact of bushfire or flood zones. 

• We will go through the building report, pest inspection reports and/or strata reports as required.

• Create a negotiation strategy for a successful purchase, whether we are preparing for an auction campaign, considering an offer prior or negotiating by private treaty.

• We also liaise with selling agents and solicitors or conveyancers to ensure you have favourable purchase terms and conditions. 

• Negotiate the purchase or bid at auction on your behalf. Our local knowledge comes into its own here, as do our relationships with local selling agents and inside knowledge of how auctioneers play their part.

• Once contracts are exchanged, we will facilitate the process so that settlement continues smoothly. We will attend the pre-settlement inspection together with you or on your behalf.
